London Final 6th & 7th December

I’m sharing this final week of racing at the TRACK CHAMPIONS LEAGUE with my family and friends whilst, my partner Charlotte remains home. The birth of Tommy Tidball is imminent. Going into this I’m happy given my starting weekend at 15th to enter London in 4th place. Whilst I feel how my body is responding to competition. I was knocking the rust off, the first weekend and in Apeldoorn I knew I didn’t have the kind of legs that I’m normally blessed with. I know there is more work needed to recover to the place I was, let alone improve. It’ll be interesting to see how I perform on the home track at Lee Valley Velodrome.
